I’m at my first year college in engineering in midterm. I can proudly say that it feels like you’re dying.

Take it easy, take it slow and take care of yourself. It’s absolutely fine to finish a 3 year degree in 4 or 5 years.
Unless you’re American and drowning in student loans.
