An-26 crash: Seven officials removed by the decision of the Ministry of Defense

In connection with the crash of the AN-26 aircraft in the Kharkiv region, Defense Minister Andrei Taran, by his decree, dismissed seven officials from their duties. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Urusky on the air of the talk show “Freedom of Speech by Savik Shuster”, reports ” RBK Ukraine “.

“By the decree of the Minister of Defense, seven officials were immediately removed,” Urusky said.

According to him, there are two substituents s Head of Kharkiv Air Force University named Kozhedub and heel ryh member ax brigade.

We will remind, near Chuguev in the Kharkov region on the evening of Friday, September 25, a plane crashed with cadets and officers on board. There were 27 people on the plane, including 20 cadets of the University of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Kozhedub and 7 officers.

As a result of the fall of the An-26 plane, 26 people were killed. 25 people died on the spot and one – from burns incompatible with life in the hospital. Another is undergoing treatment. 

The specialists have already deciphered the black boxes of the crashed An-26 aircraft near Chuguev. Investigators are considering three versions of the disaster: improper flight organization, pilot error or human error, and technical malfunction. 

The Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleg Urusky noted that the cause of the catastrophe could be a technical malfunction, which was superimposed on the human factor in its various manifestations.
